Terms and Conditions - Taxi Eindhoven Airport
1. Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Taxi Eindhoven Airport. By using our services, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms. Taxi Eindhoven Airport reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly.
2. Services and Service Delivery
Taxi Eindhoven Airport provides passenger transportation to and from Eindhoven Airport and other destinations within the Netherlands. Our services include one-way and return trips. We strive to offer reliable, timely, and safe services but cannot guarantee arrival times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
3. Bookings, Reservations, and Confirmations
3.1. Booking Procedure: Reservations can be made by phone, via our website, or by email. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
3.2. Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed after written or digital confirmation from Taxi Eindhoven Airport. Without confirmation, no claim to the service can be made.
3.3. Changes and Cancellations: Changes to reservations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the start of the trip. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur cancellation fees.
4. Rates and Payment Terms
4.1. Prices: All rates are agreed upon in advance based on distance, the number of passengers, and any extras such as luggage. Prices may vary depending on the day, time, and demand.
4.2. Payment Methods: We accept cash payments, debit card payments, and bank transfers. Payment must be made before or immediately after the trip unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Cancellation Fees: If a customer cancels the trip within 24 hours of the scheduled start, a percentage of the trip price may be charged as a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers are required to be present at the agreed time and location. Any delays must be communicated to Taxi Eindhoven Airport as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for their own luggage and must behave respectfully toward the driver and any other passengers.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Liability: Taxi Eindhoven Airport is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the trip unless it is directly caused by negligence or intent by our drivers.
6.2. Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger transportation. However, customers are responsible for their personal belongings and cannot hold Taxi Eindhoven Airport liable for their loss or damage.
7. Code of Conduct and Responsibility During the Trip
Customers must behave respectfully at all times and follow the driver's instructions. Abuse, damage to the vehicle, or aggressive behavior will result in the termination of the trip without a refund. In the event of damage caused by the customer, Taxi Eindhoven Airport reserves the right to recover repair costs from the customer.
8. Changes in Service
Taxi Eindhoven Airport reserves the right to adjust routes, prices, or other aspects of the service in exceptional circumstances. We strive to inform customers of such changes promptly.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Taxi Eindhoven Airport processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent unless required by law.
10. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints about our services must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, the matter may be referred to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Governing Law
These terms and the services of Taxi Eindhoven Airport are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or related to our services will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
